Lied to me about working on an issue and never called me back. Then denied the whole conversation. Great way to treat a veteran.
The receptionist Monica is extremely rude and snide. She told me the consult is 1.5 hours and I MUST be there the entire time. I’ve had several other quotes that took 30mins so not sure why theirs takes so long. Due to having to schedule a 90min quote I sent my mom to get the quote so I could continue working during my business hours. Sales guy told my mom and told her he could not do the quote since she was not the “decision maker” and said he would get fired for proceeding with the quote even after calling his boss to conf... read more
We had an excellent experience with Danny who came and took measurements of all our windows, gave us a product demo, and stepped us through our quote with some financing options. From start to finish he was incredibly professional, friendly, and detailed and he was able to answer all the questions we had! Top notch service.
Gene, did a great presentation on the product and it has surpassed my expectations. Mark and the installers were professional, neat and thorough with the installation process. So, met with Dan, who provided great insight on a front door replacement. I would definitely recommend this company and there guys for your home beautification needs!
