Dang I had a feeling I paid for something that wasn't legit. As soon as I typed in my order, didn't get a confirmation text back, then on top of that, the representative that is named on the web page turned out to be fake. Omg what did I do? This sucks

Been a whole life/ term client for years. Have always had a positive service experience and have other friends/ referrals who have had consistent experiences. Overall recommend
Company is a joke. I cannot even register my account. This has been going on for over a month. They say they are working on it. Customer service promise a call back and never call back. This is intentional they don't want to deal with unsatisfied customers. The worst company I have ever had to deal with!
