Requested paperwork to move my account from a minor to my own account. That was a 1 year ago.. Called and sent a letter 2 months ago.. NOTHING. Sitting on thumb in Nebraska. Give your money to a homeless man it would serve a better purpose
Been with Ameritas for about 5 years without any issues. Customer service has been great in my opinion. Their products have been concise and clear including dental, eye, and hearing benefits. I enrolled my wife as she has CHAMPVA for Life through the VA under my record. Being CHAMPVA doesn't offer dental, eye, or hearing benefits was advised that Ameritas would be a good wrap-around benefit for CHAMPVA beneficiaries. With that said.
