I am just completing 42 days of IV therapy via a PICC line with Amerita and I have been very pleased with their friendly and professional care! Everyone from the nurses, Linda and Leslie to the pharmacist and techs to the business office staff. Thank you very much. My insurance was billed in a timely manner. They worked with my wife and I around my other appointments with Mercy as we have to travel 90 minutes to get to Rogers. When our previous enteral nutrition company closed, we had to pick a new one quickly. We chose this company because they have a local branch. It’s been one issue after another and we haven’t even been with them for a year! Rita in billing is rude as well, and for a while had me calling my sons 3 insurances to try to get THEIR claims to get Paid. I’ve had continuous billing issues, which have only been fixed because of my own diligence. I’m disabled and obviously receiving treatment, but in the midst of me not feeling well, I’ve still had to deal with this place not having their business and services in order every single time.
