This Survey Company is pretty terrible with regards to communication, completing projects and follow through. Our General Contractor requested a survey from them 2 months ago. They stated that the survey would be done and completed within a few days. however, Days turned to weeks and weeks turned to Months. When we inquired about why the delay, they stated that they did not have an Office in Texas and were not local. Not sure how a land surveying company can do anything in Texas without boots on the ground. Use someone else.... read more

My clients were up against a deadline and AmeriSurveyors stepped up and completed the survey in just two days. I contacted several other survey companies that said it will take 4 - 8 weeks or that they were not even taking new jobs. I highly recommend AmeriSurveyors. They are very professional and deliver a quality survey in a timely manner.

We needed a Point of Line survey completed. I informed them, I wanted to talk to the surveyor when they are here after I returned the exhibit. Survey was completed but I never received a call which didn't sit with me well due to the questions I had. I emailed and explained what happened and asked someone to please call. Raul the San Antonio GM called back within 30 minutes and was able to explain some but without being on site, he wasn't able to give me detailed answers.
