I strongly advise any business or individual to think twice before working with Amerisure, specifically with adjuster Dominique Williams out of the Fort Worth office. My experience was nothing short of frustrating and deeply unprofessional. On multiple separate occasions, Ms. Williams told my insurance company she would follow up and get back to them by the end of the week — and each time, she simply never did. By far the worst company I've ever dealt with. I would wish working with these people on my worst enemy. There are no words to describe to foot dragging and Unprofessionalism that was constant in my over 1.5 month ordeal with no contact the first 3 weeks. I was eventually told even though I was not at fault I should pay my deductible of $500 and have my own insurance company take care of the rental, storage fees and everything else that goes with it. Absolutely terrible customer service. Worst I've ever experienced with any insurance company. No communication, incompetent and untrained employees, the list goes on and on. Deserves less than 1 star, but unfortunately no option for that.
