The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been trying to reach someone for two weeks with no success. I need to speak with my claims adjuster, but for days I’ve been told she’s “not in the office.” When she supposedly is, she never answers. They keep transferring me to different phone numbers and wasting my time. I’ve been calling every single day for the past two weeks just to get approval for a rental car. That is the worst Insurance company, They never never returned the calls I left several messages and never called me back.
No body returns calls there customer service is garbage left many many voice mails and don't get no return call back
