Horrible, unethical insurance company. I was backed into by a driver insured by them. They have dodged all of my calls, the witnesses calls, and sat around for 3 weeks until finally letting me know they denied the claim. I sent in a police report and 2 witnesses gave statements. They are a bunch of liars. I reported them to the BBB and hope they don't waste anymore of peoples time and efforts.
Horrible company. I was rear ended by a semi truck under their insurance. I was driving in a rented Uber vehicle at the time. I was online doing Uber headed to my passenger. I told the lady i can’t rent from enterprise and i DNT even know why. I call constantly they do not pick up the phone it just rings rings and rings. Besides that i asked why can’t you guys pay for me another rental from Uber? They claim they don’t pay other companies for rental cars. I will have to pay out if pocket again for another Uber rental and they... read more

Nobody answers the phone, they need to be investigated, I will fill a complaint with Georgia authorities to take care of this because this cannot keep happening
This company doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. This is the worst Workers Compensation carrier out there Adj Amanda Camp is completely incompetent to do her job right. She never responds to any calls or emails even after a judge ordered to be complainant. How this person still has a job it’s incredible. She has delayed medical treatment that’s important to his future progress. Without these treatments he will not be able to function probably and possibly resume to a normal lifestyle or work for That matter. This company should b... read more
