Solar has been down 3 weeks! Not 1 returned phone call! How are these people in business! Has been the worst experience from the beginning! No record of me calling? You have to do better than that! I have been calling for 3 weeks! You take time to respond to my review but I have yet to have anyone answer the phone when I call or return a phone call!

I had my solar installed in December we are in the middle of April it is still not up and running. I now have a pge bill and a solar bill which isn't even working. I have gone through 4 sale Representatives and no one ever calls back and there is no follow through. By far the worst company to ever work with. It seems they have a high turn over rate in employees no one works there very long. Very very dissatisfied with this company. Price and installation went well. Since installation, service has been completely non responsive. I have had very simple requests with no follow up despite repeated messages. Are they going out of business??
