Jennifer was here yesterday. She not just did her usual cleaning but also helped me prepare my home for recovery from my upcoming heart surgery. And she got the rust stains out of my kitchen sink! Good stuff!
We believe the services were adequate and the home seemed clean and fresh. However, five rugs were left on the counter in the master bath and an empty cleaning bottle was left on the shower ledge. While we appreciate the overall cleaning experience, small details, as described above, left us feeling underwhelmed. We completely understand the difficulties of cleaning a large home in a short time but we like to walk into the home with nothing to do on our own following a service.
