Heather was very friendly and serious about her job. She cleaned items and areas I didn't expect done.
I was informed that 2 people would be coming to clean the house. One of the cleaners left early to go to another job. In the initial, I had asked that attention be to the dust/debris at the baseboards & rug areas. I went at around & picked up debris that was not vacuumed. Areas in the kitchen had spots that could not be scrubbed away. I was able to scratch these areas with my fingernail. On checking the kitchen counter with my had, there was a small rough area.
