Been here twice with fast off loading. My appt was for 0100. I arrived at the gate at 2340 and they started off loading at 0020. Paperwork in hand at 1230. This place is fast. 👍🏼
Took over an hour for the guard to let 5 trucks in, I got here at 0500 its now 0605 and the guard is still talking to the one truck infront of me and he's been talking to him for the last 15 mins... My delivery appointment is at 0600 btw
Nightmare 14 hours to unload 2 pallets if I wouldn’t go inside to ask what was the deal I probably wouldn’t have gotten done yet
This place has gotten really bad to deliver at. I've seen the line around the building and down the street. Plan on sitting for 8 hours in line. Even security at the gate complained about how bad it is. Wait in line next to the fence on the east side of the building, then the north side of the building. Eventually a person will tell you what dock. They only use 6 or 7 docks on the west side of the building near the northwest corner. The docks are super tight. They always have a bunch of trailers parked across from the docks ... read more
Worst place ever in all the years I've been driving!!! Lazy employees don't care to unload you or load you for that matter!!! I asked for a supervisor and was given the run around to be told by an employee "go ahead and just stand there because you're not going to see a supervisor"! Tomorrow I plan to call someone higher up in management! Avoid this place, no joke! If I could give it a big 0 or no stars I would!!!
