Do not arrive before your appointment time, they definitely do not unload the load. I am waiting 5 hours
2025.07.09..... I had a good experience.... had a 1430 Delivery appointment, arrived just after 1032, finished unloading and paperwork in hand by 1222..... nice job!
Had a 0600 appt. Got here at 1am and they unloaded us in 30 mins.
It was a pleasant experience for me Appointment 1 am Checked in 1am Checked out 2.20 am
