Very unprofessional staff member in there receiving. Overheard a guy who I now know his name is ferndad ( Ferdnad)or something like that was being very rude to other drivers mumbling things under his face mask. I’m sure that’s the reason he even wears one. BECARFUL WITH HIM PLZ.
Very disrespectful to drivers. Sat on their load for 4 days & when let into gated area… all doors were locked.
The allow you to park over night just ring the intercom and let them know your appt time and they will tell you what dock to go to. Staff open the doors at 6a and start unloading you right way done in 45min.
