Edit to initial review that is below. I returned my mattress 6 weeks ago and still have not gotten my refund. I have given Amerisleep multiple opportunities to get it right but they keep blaming system issues or just not responding. I followed the return process exactly as asked. James is the best!! He helped me to place an order of our mattress via online chat. I had so many questions, but he was super patient with me and chose the perfect mattress for me and my husband. We got AS2, and from the day we received the mattress, we sleep like babies :) I don't wake up at night for no reason anymore, and our back pain has gone! Oh, and they even offer a free exchange within 100-nights trial. I would definitely recommend this brand to my family and friends.
Not happy with the mattress, we paid $1600 and the insurance doesn't want to replace it. The memory foam inside breaks and you can't open the mattress to have proof to insurance unless you tear off the material. The insurance doesn't care because you can't prove the mattress is broken . They advertise you get 10 years insurance but even if you have a deep hole in the mattress, the memory foam will bounce back up when you get up! So, you have no proof the mattress is damaged!
