Working with Ameriserv was great. Quick to schedule and the work was done very professionally. The team came in, created a plan, confirmed with me prior to beginning work. My results prior to instal were 4.0. After was a .7 I highly recommend using them.
Seller here who Ameriserv came to house I'm selling to do a radon inspection. They called me to get the combo to access my house, and I asked them specifically - "please leave exterior lights on, and lock all locks." Caller said, "great, I'll tell the tech right now." The house is vacant, and we're trying to do anything we can to deter vandals. Came back to the house a day later: deadbolt wasn't locked, both front and rear exterior lights were off. I don't know if they did the opposite of what I asked out of spite or neglige... read more
