Received a quote for a radon mitigation system with the statement "assumes electrical access is available". AmeriServe showed up 2 hours late for the install, system was installed in a unfinished storage room in the basement, received a call saying electrical was not available and we would have to hire an electrician to hook up the fan. We found multiple junction boxes exposed, outlet electrical boxes available including one by the sump pit where the radon system ties into. Installers left without finishing the install. We had our mitigation system put in two years ago. The installation went well and all involved were very helpful in explaining things. The two year follow up put us at a radon reading far below where we were before getting the system and far into the “safe zone” . This has given us security in knowing we are no longer at risk for radon. We highly recommend this company.

I cannot recommend this business. Seller left money w/company to mitigate by Jan 10 and I am still waiting to use my basement on April 22. Poor communication and disregard for accuracy of information shared w/me has made this project difficult and untimely. Recently discussed my concerns with Neal Peter, GM who told me I lied concerning the circumstances of service.
