Called Ameriserv in April to get radon migration done. Tech comes out. Radon mitigation takes 8+ hours and is only partly installed at our house. My husband has to keep calling AmeriServ and we’re told on the phone that a contractor / electrician has to come out to our home to finish the job. On the phone, Ameriserv says that they need to hire a contractor to finish our randon mitigation install..? After calling many times, day after day, all we keep being told over the phone are excuses. Installers did a fantastic job. Everyone was friendly and courteous. 10 out of 10!
They drilled the hole and installed the piping and fan in just one morning. My personal radon monitor previously showed readings over 6 and is now showing less than 0.5. The fan outdoors is a little louder than I would like, but it's not intrusive and cannot be heard inside the house.
Had them install a mitigation system this week. Excellent service. Michael keep me informed each step he took. He took great care of the house and you would of never knew he was there. His work area was spotless. We had the system go through the roof, excellent job on the boot too. Early scans show we averaged 7 in our basement and not is averaging 3.4. Thanks Michael give that guy a raise.
Very happy with the service provided for our radon mitigation. Technicians were friendly, punctual, and were respectful of our property. Everything was clearly explained and all questions answered before they left. Office staff were very helpful as well! Highly recommend!
