They drilled the hole and installed the piping and fan in just one morning. My personal radon monitor previously showed readings over 6 and is now showing less than 0.5. The fan outdoors is a little louder than I would like, but it's not intrusive and cannot be heard inside the house.
Had them install a mitigation system this week. Excellent service. Michael keep me informed each step he took. He took great care of the house and you would of never knew he was there. His work area was spotless. We had the system go through the roof, excellent job on the boot too. Early scans show we averaged 7 in our basement and not is averaging 3.4. Thanks Michael give that guy a raise.
Very happy with the service provided for our radon mitigation. Technicians were friendly, punctual, and were respectful of our property. Everything was clearly explained and all questions answered before they left. Office staff were very helpful as well! Highly recommend!

Received a quote for a radon mitigation system with the statement "assumes electrical access is available". AmeriServe showed up 2 hours late for the install, system was installed in a unfinished storage room in the basement, received a call saying electrical was not available and we would have to hire an electrician to hook up the fan. We found multiple junction boxes exposed, outlet electrical boxes available including one by the sump pit where the radon system ties into. Installers left without finishing the install.
