My apartment uses this landscaping company and it is the absolute worst I've ever been around. They spend hours on tasks that should take a fraction of the time, and have made focusing while working from home an absolute nightmare. I even saw someone blowing a leafblower at a completely clean sidewalk - there was one leaf on it. They start at 7:30, 8 a.m., and then proceed at a snail's pace for 6 hours. The amount of grass in my neighborhood should take 3-4 hours *tops* to address. It's infuriating.

Ameriscapes had contract for our Sam condo community and had done a decent job for awhile. However, this year they missed scheduled dates for mowing, and quality went downhill. They wouldn’t come when scheduled and then they just up and quit. Claimed back was too wet and unable to cut and we had to scramble to get new service. Had they been on time it wouldn’t have been wet ! Not a very professional company and I wouldn’t recommend! Unreliable as well.

You cannot cut grass going 10-15 mph. They have been cutting grass at my condo for several years now. Each year they do less and less. After three times of cutting grass this season, not once have I seen a weed eater.. no edging either.

They are the worst landscaping company ever, they do a terrible job at Thistlewood Apartment's in Xenia Ohio where I live at, they damaged my ultrasonic pet deterrent when the decided to take it down like a weed, then when I called they guy in the office named "Kevin" he was rude and hung up on me. I will be filling a complaint with the BBB also and take them to small claim's court if I need to, I have them on my security camera so the will lose,
