I chose the option on the Amerisave website to receive a quote via AI. While I was answering a series of questions on the website I was asked if I would like to receive a call. I declined and received the call regardless. I inquired of the person from Amerisave that was calling why they would ask me if wanted a call only to ignore my reply and the person said it was a good question but kept reading their script without answering my "good" question. I would not recommend AmeriSave based on my experience. What should have been a straightforward process turned into months of frustration, poor communication, and unfulfilled promises. A mistake was made during my loan process that should have been identified and addressed during the initial stages. Instead, the loan continued all the way through closing before it was finally recognized that the issue could have been handled much earlier.
