Great service and very fast!
Mike is wonderful. We had a computer glitch and he worked with us tirelessly until it was resolved.
I just needed a card reissue. The man who is identified in the included photo named Michael Stuart was absolutely awful. I sat there for 25 minutes with my government issued ID, answered the slew of questions, he decided not to give me one. I will say I gave him 2 possible answers for one of my security questions.. but I know for a fact that one of them was right, and I had a very good explanation as to why I had 2 possible answers. When you say Ameris Bank you think dedicated and dependable. I recently had a transaction with Ameris Bank that one of there representatives SJ went above and beyond to help me with. I was out of town and he was incredibly patient, proactive and even offered to go above and beyond the normal customer satisfaction process to make me feel valued and confident in them as a bank. I will definitely use them for all my needs going forward.
Michael Stuart at the Roswell Rd branch went above and beyond helping me get set up with my new business account. I just moved in as an early enrollee for Georgia Tech football and Michael walked me through getting everything done. He provided great service afterwards with issues/questions I had. Ameris is very lucky to have him.
