Marcus has been very patient, accommodating, and just overall pleasant to talk to during my various needs from disputing charges to applying for a new credit card. This isn’t even my closest branch location but he’s well worth the drive. Thank you Marcus and the Roswell Rd team for your help and being so assuring during a usually stressful task (filing disputes)!

Updated 10/4/25: Ive noticed recently that Ameris has changed along with the rest of this Country and not necessarily for the better. With that in mind I needed a new debit card but was considering leaving and going elsewhere. However once again an amazing employee stepped up. Marcus Wells is another standout human being and personal banker in a world of mediocrity.
