Kat was amazing!! I am not an Ameris customer and was having trouble with withdrawing cash. Kat, left her post, met me outside at the and I left with cash in hand. Instead of telling me that I needed to call my bank or suggesting there was an issue with my card, she inconvenienced herself and helped solve my problem. Way to go Kat. Continue to soar.
