Worst banking services I ever had in my life. App and site are terrible and not helpful at all. Attention to clients is terrible. My advice is: stay away.

I applied for a credit card at the suggestion of the banker and was informed that the system was down, but I was assured that a representative would contact me the next day. Unfortunately, I never heard back. After waiting several days, I called to follow up and was once again told that a representative would call me. Despite these promises, I received no further communication. I did finally contact someone and resolved my issue.
On May 7, 2024, I received an unauthorized charge on my account leaving my account with a negative balance. Ameris Bank paid it and charged me a $35 NSF fee and an additional $35 on May 15 for an extended overdraft. I discovered the overdraft on June 1 when a transaction was declined. I contacted Ameris Bank's fraud department, which submitted a fraud claim and promised a response in 7-10 business days.
