Had some banking matters to take care of recently and was assisted by a banker named Modesty. Very helpful lady… patient, thorough, and really takes the time to provide quality customer service! Will definitely look for her again next time I go.
The service I received from the bank manager was great. She was very pleasant to chat with. Changing banks is very stressful on elder people but it was a breeze. I recommend you join their team.
