Banked with for six months and they are bad about telling you why it takes a week to get access to money you deposited a week ago
Mia and Mrs Edwards are awesome. Unfortunately the backoffice people suck!! Been with the bank 10 years, never bounced a check had a couple loans, try to refinance and get denied with an over 700 credit score. Wow! The service and associates at this branch are A1 and professional.
Ameris Bank has provided me with outstanding customer service at the Pooler location on Highway 80. Ashley the clerk, Mrs. Edwards, and the staff have all treated me well.
The associates are polite, friendly, and respectful.
