I only gave it one star because I can’t put 0 stars. This bank for one doesn’t have a 24 hr customer service line. I had an emergency situation and needed access to my funds because they LOCKED MY ACCOUNT for no reason. I will be switching banks ASAP and reporting this to BBB. WORSE EXPERIENCE WITH A BANK IN MY ENTIRE LIFE
TERRIBLE customer service. Very long telephone wait.
Staff is extremely helpful and will go out of their way to provide help. It is a two person office serving several hundred people. They do a wonderful job
