She seems to know her stuff! Helped us through a long, difficult audit. However, lots of promises, NO delivery! No return phone calls. No response to e-mails. Left us high and dry with no follow-up to open issues that she was working on!!!! (leaves me wondering if the audit duration was partly due to her)
