Jacob helped us work with our insurance claim to get our roof fully approved and replaced. Jacob is very professional and communicated with us throughout the process from the beginning to end. After the job was done, Jacob followed up with us and made sure that everything was done correctly and he double checked to make sure the crew cleaned everything up, which they did!
