Hello future customers of AmeriPro's, Do not hire them. They did not stand by their workmanship issues and blame the customer for the issue. Now I have to hire an attorney to solve the issue because I have mold from them not properly ventilating after they replaced the roof.
Updating review as I was not satisfied with my warranty experience.
This has been the worst experience, the lack of communication by their team is horrible. We received estimate and gave our deposit, turn around was suppose to be two weeks tops. It's been a month and the job still isn't complete. Called the rep Char excuses, talked with the manager Josh excuses, spoke with the guy over the gutter team just yesterday excuses, about Josh assured me they would be at my home Thursday 05/29 and im home waiting now for them to finish the work, ive missed two days of work waiting around for no one ... read more
