I was referred to AmeriPro by my brother. I called, set up an appointment for someone to come and look at the roof damage. Mike Ricci showed up. Went on the roof, went into the attic and sat me down to explain the damage. We then called my insurance company to file the claim. He then showed up on the day the insurance adjuster came to look at the roof. We sat down again and talked. He answered all my phone calls when I had questions. Beware of Predatory Practices – Stay Away! I would strongly caution anyone—especially seniors—against doing business with AmeriPro Roofing. They take advantage of people going through the insurance claims process, locking them into unfair contracts with outrageous fees. Even if no actual work is done, they demand 10% of the claim and threaten legal action to force payment. I kept getting solicitation calls from the company. I called the number back and they said Hello and used my brother name. I informed them they had the wrong person that I do not live in Illinois or own my own home I rent. The gentleman who didn't give a name then wished me a good weekend but completely changed the pitch of his voice and made fun of my voice. He was extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this company due to one bad employees extremely unprofessionalism.

Company has been calling me for months. My phone was just sending them to my voicemail, but it recently stopped doing so, not sure why. I decided to give them a call back to get to the bottom of why they keep calling me about an inspection on a property that I do not have. After saying the wrong name, the person on the phone simply said "wrong number" and hung up in my face. amie bracamotes was real infromative, had total 5 estaments , they were the lowest others were high pressure est. lot higher, job was done on schedual date , 7 guys came in and striped &shingel house , garage, &shed in 11 hours , very good cleanup to
