Dave and his son James helped fix a sewer issue at my property, and I had a great experience. Dave is very honest. He even refunded an overcharge without me asking, which I really appreciated. They did quality work, kept everything clean, and clearly explained what was going on. I would definitely trust them again and highly recommend their company.
We had a complicated situation with replacing the water pipe to the street plus some other repairs. James came out and did a very thorough assessment and explained the options clearly and answered all questions. He was very personable and knowledgeable. We were happy he was able to do the work right away and did an excellent job, left the site clean and explained what he did. All around a very positive experience with this company and I'll definitely use them again.
Was referred to this team by both my realtor, as well as a friend who had just used their service. Dave and James and their team were amazing (this was in February). It was a big sewer line job. James is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and explains everything like a seasoned teacher (which I really appreciated). They put things back together as well as possible afterwards. Another big deal is that Dave and James were very communicative throughout the process. I highly recommend them !!
When it comes to plumbing problems, the homeowner is at the mercy of the plumber. When it comes to sewage even more so. AmeriPro did not take advantage of my vulnerability. They know what they're doing and they do quality work. They rejected any prompts on the payment app for tips. They do good honest work here in Gwinnett. You'd be lucky to be living in an area where they operate. Even if you don't have a plumbing issue now, store them in your emergency contacts. ☆They're family owned as well! ☆
