This Shaun should not be in business. He tried to scam me out of money a couple of years ago by starting a franchise. He showed up high as a kite to the jobs, and hit on my customers. He is VERY hard to get a hold of and opened up credit in my name without permission. He is a scam artist. I can't believe he still has a business.

I hired AmeriPro Painters the end of January to paint the exterior of my 1,400 square foot house. It is August and the job is still not completed. I've asked for some areas to be touched up with no response, I paid $300 for 2 window sill/frame replacements - instead of being replaced, caulk and foam spray were used. There are paint cans, paint chips, buckets, old brushes and trash still left at my residence. First I would like to start this review off by letting anyone know this is the first negative review of any company I have ever posted online. Second, I have waited over 1 month to post this review in hopes I would "cool off" from my experience. I feel it is my obligation to let someone know my experience with this "company". We recently hired Ameri Propainters to complete an extensive repaint on the exterior of our home. The gentleman was always prompt, very professional and knew his product better than most any of the other painters we received estimates from. We were offered a price match guarantee PLUS 10% discount if we found other estimates which used the same quality of paint and warranties. They offer a FREE touch up within the first year, and we can't wait to have them back. It turned out beautifully. Very pleased.

I had hired AmeriPro Construction Services (also known as AmeriPro Painters), to build and install a pedestrian gate at my house on September 14, 2012. So far, no gate and no refund. I currently have a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as the Louisville Police. The police stated that they contacted the owner and his reply was that he would send my refund. That was in the beginning of November. STILL NO REFUND! Charges were filed against this person in December.
