I’m not a fan of this EMS… there is no reason whatsoever an eta for an ambulance should be an hour and take an hour to get to the emergency… if my mother would’ve died I would’ve sued! Then once they got her to the ER they told the ER Dr incorrect information of why my mom was being taken in… I will NEVER call for an ambulance again I’ll take her myself bc anything could happen in the hour while waiting on them to show up!

Scam artist ambulance service. Paid all the co- pays for my mother's transportation back to her assisted living. They started with 1 bill for unpaid co-pay, sent to collection. I gave the collection company proof it was paid. Then Ameri Pro followed up with a second unpaid co-pay, I guess cause I wouldn't pay the first scam. Can't get their billing department on the phone and won't return calls. So I will say this AmeriPro. Keep adding unpaid bills, don't care, you will not get another cent out of us!!

The irony that Ameripro EMS, being a company that offers compassionate care in emergent situations then offers non-compassionate billing practices is not lost. Ameripro EMS is literally the only component of our "800 mile away from home" emergent heart situation my wife had that has not been negotiable.
