After setting an appointment with AmeriPro and taking a day off work to ensure I would be available (I travel throughout Jax for work). I was called on the day of the appointment 30 minutes before the tech was due to arrive and informed the replacement windshield was damaged. Inconvenient but understandable, but what I cannot understand is after this incident the windshield that was ordered to replace the unusable one is the wrong spec (no blue tint shade). Nick was very professional. He walked me through the entire process. He allowed me to inspect the new glass before it was installed. They said my appointment was between 9 and 12, they were here before 10. I was very satisfied with the service I recieved. Thank you.

Brenna was super nice and very helpful setting everything up with my insurance company. The 2 gentlemen who came to replace the windshield were very friendly and got the job done very quickly! I would definitely use this company again.
Service was amazing and technician was incredibly polite. Will recommend their service anytime!!
