Although the rates are great, they have very poor business practice. I dropped one of my cars from liability to comprehensive only while my car was on non-operation with the state DMV. I budgeted my premium for the new amount at my renewal, they drafted the old higher amount and overdrew me. Then I was refused a reimbursement on my overdraft fee for their overcharge because I didn't specially discuss my new revised premium amounts at the time of the change.
