Here is my experience, you cannot get instant insurance, you cannot talk with underwriter, I waited 17 days to send me email that insurance is missing one information and they are increasing for $70 insurance but no activation, just wait, Insurance is $109 cheaper per 6 month then competition but all the wait, no help from end user agent.
