Great at education of finances for people not familiar and responsive to questions/needs. However costs versus rate of return was not a factor based on in feedback received during account review. Even looking long term and understanding the investment options; this is still a standard which to be measured over multiple years of service. As with any financial planner, make sure you're in alignment, that your expectations are being met, and leave when not satisfied with your returns.
