From 2015-04 to 2017-12 Bruce managed my Ameriprise investments. My total returns were ~6.2%. I cashed out in January 2018 and lost most of those gains to back side loading. I would often suggest during our bi annual meetings an S&P 500 index fund (~35.5% reinvested total) was performing much, much better. It's not entirely fair to Bruce, looking back and pulling numbers! I've learned to take action when institution and brokers fee's out pace your returns.
