To clarify my experience since the business responded. Yes, I did visit your location for a Live Scan. I came in as a walk-in because your website clearly states that walk-ins are welcome. When I arrived, I was told to print and fill out my own form instead of being guided through the process. The employee was rude and dismissive, and there was no effort to help. I’ve never had any luck with livescans until I visited Alan at Ameriprints. Within hours he completed a task that would have otherwise taken me weeks had I gone with my original plan with a different company. Extremely efficient, was able to fit us in on the same day. I’d certainly return if necessary and would highly recommend this company.

I went there and paid a bunch of money so I can volunteer in my kids school. My prints were NEVER processed, never sent through, the school never got them, and I cannot contact the company without going in person because they don't answer their phone and they have it set up so you can't leave a voicemail. Now, I'm missing a field trip with my kiddo because they didn't do their job.
