They lie about the number of participants in their plans and when confronted insist that you do the same things you have already done, doing nothing to rectify the situation except to terminate your membership when you threaten to report them to BBB. You can get savings, but if the idea of dealing with a company that blatantly lies and treats their members like disposable garbage makes you ill, stay away from them. Look them up.
