I had been doing business with these guy for over 20 years, starting back when they were known as Engstroms. That ended today when the fatass biker type with a large ring through his nose who was working the counter at the valparaiso store pulled his very rude attitude with me when their obviously defective xray diffraction silver meter determined that several pieces I brought in to sell BACK TO THEM (after holding them from $8/ounce) tested slightly out of range.
