Rented an apartment at 500 Kelly Mill Rd in Valparaiso and the place was peaceful and quiet. However, the renters who are a couple that managed the complex are two evil people. After I left the apartment I cleaned everything but the apartment was an old outdated unit so nothing was in perfect condition.
