The receptionist has a very bad temper and doesn't even say good morning and treats the workers like dogs. We, the truck drivers, don't deserve such treatment.

24 hours waiting to be unloaded, without even being able to use a restroom or brush my teeth. Lost two days of work just trying to unload a 47K coil. If you don’t have the proper equipment or if it’s not working correctly, don’t take these kinds of orders—drivers have needs too. Great company 🤦🏻‍♂️

Terrible place to unload. We waited almost w hours to unload a single 10,000 lbs coil. These guys had zero cares about moving anything along. No restrooms for drivers.

Shipping guy was so rude. He said that my driver's job is to drive! That was discrimination. Driver just asked to move freight to the front a little, due to the safety hauling. Huge aluminum facility with such a poor service. I'm sorry to know that I need to send my drivers to them again, very unprofessional.

Solo una vez e ido a ese lugary tube una gran experiencia....la chica que me atendió fue muy amable la persona que me descargo también se porto muy amable.....excelente lugar
