They loaded me up with someone’s else load, let me strap and tarp and when they gave me the paperwork I noticed that information on the papers does not match with mine, they doesn’t even check the company name on the side of your truck, completely irresponsible. I had to untarp and do it all over again. I understand mistakes happens we all are human, but I was expecting at least an apology from them, but received only disrespect and rude attitude
With the amount of time they make you wait in the reception/check in office it would be great to have some air circulation...

Overnight parking, office opens at 7 am, unloaded in 30 minutes, very nice guys
Great place to load. Bev in the shipping office is cool and the fellas working in the shop are always fast and accommodating
