Nothing here has changed. Still the slowest steel place in America. Absolutely disrespectful to drivers. No one here wants to work so be prepared to sit and wait and wait and wait. With the amount of time they make you wait in the reception/check in office it would be great to have some air circulation...
Terrible place! Long wait.
Unfortunately, the wait for loading the cargo was very long.
They loaded me up with someone’s else load, let me strap and tarp and when they gave me the paperwork I noticed that information on the papers does not match with mine, they doesn’t even check the company name on the side of your truck, completely irresponsible. I had to untarp and do it all over again. I understand mistakes happens we all are human, but I was expecting at least an apology from them, but received only disrespect and rude attitude
