Dr. Alpan the best! Sadly his clinic look like a junk yard, or flea market. No privacy at all, ugly courtains. I though I was at the morge. Unable to walk without bump in to junk
The Tysons office for Amerimune is absoutely amazing! The medical saff and front desk are incredibly welcoming, professional, and atentive. From the moment you walk in, you feel wel taken care of, and the doctors take the time to trury listen to your concerns and explain treatments cleary. Highly recommend them for anyone seeking top-notch immunology care!
Risha who does the scheduling is RUDE! I booked on Zocdoc she messaged me saying the time actually wasn’t available - so she wasn’t doing her job of updating Zocdoc - and when I asked to confirm it was canceled sarcastically noted it was never confirmed but it’s canceled on Zocdoc. A waste of my time and bad experience. Not a good way to get or retain customers.
I made an appointment 6 months ago to meet with Dr.Alpan in person about some longstanding issues I had been having. I got a call on the way to my appointment (which was an hour away) saying there had been a change and Dr. Alpan would not be there in person but wanted to call in. Found out he was abroad on vacation and his wireless connection was not working so I could not hear him talk. Dr. Alpan is a life saver. He genuinely cares about his patients and found out my medical issue when others gave up. His front desk staff could be better about giving him questions, but they are a busy clinic. I am forever grateful for Dr Alpan's care and concern.
