would give this 0 stars if i could. dead decaying fish, absolutely filthy tanks that genuinely look like they’ve never been cleaned, totally disorganized store, guy in the store seemed totally uninterested, lizards in tupperware looking boxes with no holes or anything else (could have been preparing to put in new exhibit), just overall looks like nobody here should ever own fish.
LITERALLY the worst pet/aquarium store I have ever been to!!!! The place was filthy and dark no lights on anywhere. I could look past all of that but the aquariums were full of dead and decaying fish. The tanks were filthy. I wanted to save all of the fish in there it was so bad. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do NOT waste your time with this pathetic store.
This place has exceeded my expectations. The staff are highly knowledgeable and provide exceptional customer service. Their detailed explanations and the competitive pricing make it an outstanding value.
Josh is awesome! We had tons of questions and he had the answers, We will definitely be back! Thanks again!
