If I could give 0 stars I WOULD
If I could give zero stars I would. The most unreliable transport company I have encountered in my entire career. Ensuring patients would be picked up (even calling to give fake updates about ETAs to never show). I have first hand witnessed this company rescheduling pick up times multiple times for multiple DAYS, leaving customers anxious and inquiring/begging about other transport companies.
I had to choose one star to be able to submit them review, but if I could give zero stars, I would. How can this be the only option (we were given) for patient transport from Phoebe Putney hospital??? LONG story short, after being DISCHARGED from the hospital (to be returned to assisted living facility) on a Friday morning...this company showed up at 10:30 pm, at which time it was too late to be accepted back at the facility until Monday. TUESDAY...TUESDAY is when transport finally took place. Unbelievable & unacceptable.
