This service needs training and GPS out in the vehicle! They took my son (whom at the time had Interal bleeding) to the wrong hospital! Took us 45 min to get to the hospital from the other one and got there and he wasn't there! They were still an hour out . It took them 2 hours to make a 45 min drive.which is unacceptable. Mt son had never been in an ambulance and was so sick. Then the driver tried to explain how he copied and pasted the address on his phone and I'm sorry I have no interest in your personal phone.
