I had to choose one star to be able to submit them review, but if I could give zero stars, I would. How can this be the only option (we were given) for patient transport from Phoebe Putney hospital??? LONG story short, after being DISCHARGED from the hospital (to be returned to assisted living facility) on a Friday morning...this company showed up at 10:30 pm, at which time it was too late to be accepted back at the facility until Monday. TUESDAY...TUESDAY is when transport finally took place. Unbelievable & unacceptable.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice... We arranged for transport a week before we needed it. The day before, we got a call at 8a confirming pick-up time and location. At 2p, we got a call cancelling the trip. Working with our hospital case manager, they reached out to AmeriMed again. The company agreed to do the transport if we paid out of pocket. Red flags, obviously, but we were desperate to get my husband to surgery so we agreed. As it was 5p, we were told we would get a call from the business office when it opened ... read more

I have never used this company but I was on the highway and the person driving #441 merging on 20 East was driving reckless from lane to lane and like to hit my truck cutting me and other people off just all over the highway on 10/15/25 7:02pm
