It is a terrible company run by very rude people. The cleaning ladies came two hours late and did not speaking any English.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone this service. They didn’t do a good job cleaning my apartment. I had to go clean the apartment myself the next day. They didn’t wipe the cabinets or clean the fridge entirely. Even though I had paid for the moveout and it was not timebound. The ladies said that the time was up and left without listening to my concerns. Even the management didn’t do much to help me here. Plus even when I was coated a certain amount while booking the service they charged me extra on arriving.
I have used this company about 3 or 4 times and although the cleaning is pretty good THEY WILL BREAK EVERYTHING IN YOUR HOUSE AND NEVER SAY A WORD ABOUT IT!!! I have hired many cleaning companies in the past and I’m aware that accidents happen but they have always given me a heads up… Amerimaids on the other hand will let you figure it out on your own. This is the 2nd time we've used the service and they have once again done an amazing job and we will definitely be telling our friends and family as well as using them again!
