My property management company sent Ivan from Amerileak over to fix my heater. Not only did he immediately identify and correct the issue (needed a cleaning), but he also explained to me how the heater functions so I can have a better understanding of how to operate it. He double checked to make sure it was safe and waited to make sure the carbon monoxide alarm didn’t go off from the dust burning off the heater. Super simple job, but Ivan handled it with the care and expertise of a complex assignment. Thank you Ivan!
