Had the worst experience when having to put my boy of 14 years to sleep. On a day of the worst pain I had to feel, it was an experience made far worse by what felt was cold, heartless, and impersonal. I was rushed and barely had time to say my goodbyes. Not sure exactly who came in (whether it was a technician or the veterinarian)as I was so upset, but I was asked when I was going to leave and was shown the door to leave within 10 minutes. It’s not something I take lightly.
RecommendedI always get sound, practical Vet care for my Airedale.
First experience with this vet and will definitely use her as my backup vet. Too bad she's a 45 min. drive for us. Very pleased!!
Dr. Surman is wonderful with my furbabies, wouldn't think of going elsewhere!
