I don’t recommend these guys. It’s impossible to buy parts to the walking cooler they made. See the answer they sent me.
I wanted to express my gratitude for the excellent/ professional customer service I received from Fabiola Flores this week, she went the extra mile to make sure my concerns were heard and resolved.
Absolute trash. Nothing but problems with walk in cooler since day it was installed. Now a few months after install the compressor has failed and I can’t even get a tech out to fix it under warranty. Complete run around when I’m sitting on $20,000 in meat in my freezer. Buy from ANYONE but this company.
Walk in Freezer and Cooler work and that is all that matters!
They are awesome. Great customer service!
