Horrible customer service given by unqualified people who don't care about issues getting resolved, you will get the runaround. UPDATE: It's very refreshing to see that there are companies that are striving for customer satisfaction. I got to speak to someone who directed me to the right person to speak to. Goes to show that things can turn around after a less than stellar performance. Much appreciated!
