Super helpful team when we needed information about an older build they did for us. Customer Service team had all the original design documents we were looking for and was able to get them to us right away. Greatly appreciate their help.
Vile and rude Customer Service. My experience on the phone was very poor and I can’t imagine what it would be like going in person.
Would give zero stars if I could. Don't by outdoor walkin with condenser on top. Won't drain properly. Drips inside box, and rusts out top. One of my fridge repair people says they are trash. Additionally, when it doesn't drain (condenser pan) ot continually freezes up. Purchased during covid. Called to see if they would repair the crap design causing it to leak into box, and they said "sorry, out of warranty" and hung up. Been working with Amerikooler for almost 10years, great customer service team and very knowledgable. Arju, Dana and Xenia (she retired) always respond quickly and willing to work together and helping me to solve problems. This is my all time favorite walk-ins needs.
