This is the best Kickboxing class around! Guaranteed to get you sweating! Never the same class either.
This school has exceeded every expectation. My son is more disciplined, more focused, and so proud of his progress.
I really enjoy the Muay Thai classes here. The training is fun, motivating, and always a great workout. The coaches know how to push you while still keeping the environment positive and beginner-friendly. Every session leaves me feeling stronger and more confident. Highly recommend!
Amerikick EHT is the place for you to get your mind, body, and spirit on track. Super family oriented, high energy yet very focused on helping individuals be the best they can be. Great place to learn an art while helping one achieve better fitness for a more fulfilling everyday life. The students ranging from youth to adult are inspiring to see coupled with the supportive instructors. I always look forward to the next class as I leave each one.
