Amerika tirelessly and selflessly cared for me during a hospital stint last year where I was admitted for treatment for a severe infection. There are absolutely no words that would do Amerika the justice that she deserves for how she impacted and changed my life for the better. Cancelled multiple appointments on me and ultimately dropped me from her MENTAL HEALTH office due to technical issues in evisits during the pandemic. I really liked her so I waited over a year to schedule. Finally, mychart allowed it back as an option so I scheduled an appointment. There was no availability for about 3 months which is typical, but they waited til I SHOWED UP to cancel. After calling me more than 10 times. After confirming my appt with a live agent.
