It was a very easy process, The clerk helped me complete the process .
Find a other company to ship with, customer service is very bad, I have a package in where warehouse for over 3 weeks and can’t get shipped out no one can answer any questions
I called several times and they ask to leave my number for a call back and I haven't received a call back yet and it's been weeks. Amerijet in New York is awesome but in Chicago is terrible. More I'll have to go to New York from Indiana just to ship my Barel. I am extremely disappointed!
If I could have rated below one star I would. Amerijet isn't what it use to be anymore. There are now too many unnecessary steps to ship a package. Poor customer service. The instructions on where to drop your package off are very vague. I spent so much time looking for the place. Was insulted by security because I went in the wrong door to ask for help since I couldn't find where I needed to go. Calling them to figure it out, didn't even help.
