It was a very easy process, The clerk helped me complete the process .
Find a other company to ship with, customer service is very bad, I have a package in where warehouse for over 3 weeks and can’t get shipped out no one can answer any questions
I called several times and they ask to leave my number for a call back and I haven't received a call back yet and it's been weeks. Amerijet in New York is awesome but in Chicago is terrible. More I'll have to go to New York from Indiana just to ship my Barel. I am extremely disappointed!
