I worked for this company and one day I was just escorted out with no explanation or reason as if my work performance was bad when I know that I am a hell of a good employee with any company I work for. I get it though new management and racially biased and the lady had something to prove. I felt discriminated against but hey if anyone else want to to give them a chance go for it.
Literally the worst insurance company to deal with. None of them are competent or want to assist in any way, shape or form. A total waste of time and patience. If you have a choice of who to use...DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
Debbie is case management is awesome!!!! She is very knowledgeable and sincere. If she doesn't know something she is VERY resourceful! She answers the phone politely and speaks to you with dignity. Awesome employee! Thanks Debbie!!!
