The salesman was very polite and helpful. I cannot say anything negative about being able to rent a car. He had a very pleasing personality and was not pushy. He helped my grandson very much. Very fast at getting the car and on the road.

I can't say enough nice things about my experience! After an unexpected car break down on a Saturday afternoon, I had an urgent need to find a rental car. Some of the bigger named car rentals were closing in 15 min or had no cars. I was desperate so I kept trying. I called Amerigo and they answered immediately. Arranged for a car and held it for me until I could get there! The process was easy and the car was very nice. I think people sleep on smaller named rentals but this one is worth the try!
Wonderful experience! My son left his backpack in the car and Emam texted to let us know and stayed after hours to let us pick it up. Highly recommend!
