Very happy with my chairlift system! Worked with Chris at first for choosing the right chair and right price. Zach came to install. He was very professional and accommodating for my dad's need. Very thorough showing how to use it and what to do in case of power outage. He was very patient with all the questions we had. We would use them again for our future need!
Installer arrived on time. He answered all my questions, and finished in under two Hours. The stairglide works well, and we are pleased with our purchase.

Leaving this review on behalf of my father, Bill Glynn. Zack came to my parents home to install their chair lift. He was courteous and clean. He made sure not to disrupt anything unnecessarliy. He even had an issue with a manufacturers defect, and then drove back to his home office to get the appropriate part and came back in less than an hour to copmplete the job.
